Looking for Sponsors

Posted by on January 13, 2012

Time at the Table will begin the Kitchen Kids program this week. Kitchen Kids is a children’s cooking class based on 4 weekly sessions. This is not a culinary art, but rather simple “from scratch” one hour lessons to build a sense of confidence in the kitchen. The sessions carry a ratio of 5:1 with participants at a time to ensure quality programming.

Our first session filled up within days of release and February and March sessions are going fast as well. As exciting as this is, we have found that there are interested children whose parents cannot afford the $45.00 fee. So we thought we would ask our amazing support system to give back to the community of Mitchell, SD. We are looking for sponsors for these kids. There are a couple options for you to choose:

Option 1: Sponsor a child up to $40 of the $45 fee. We believe in order to truly appreciate the value in something an individual must sacrifice or give something up for it. We will gladly take payment plans on the $10 as long as an effort is being paid. This can be done as a one time donation or as a monthly renewal.

Option 2: Sponsor an entire class for 5 children totaling $200. Same rules apply we will still require an effort on each participant but willing to work with them on a payment plan if necessary.
