Five Ways Lighten Up this Summer

  1. Get up 15 minutes earlier with a sit down breakfast (start your day at the dinner table)

  2. Choose foods that don’t come with labels (Ex: more fruits & vegetables)

  3. Leave work at work, and focus on the family (dinner) when at home.

  4. Turn OFF the tv and turn ON the stove – get everyone in at home involved in family dinner.

  5. Go for a walk after dinner and meet your neighbors.
